Our dedicated claims officers provide the highest level of service to our customers by ensuring we work directly with your insurer, assessors and repairers. We will keep you up to date with the progress of your claim from lodgement right through to the final resolution. Our claims officers will be here to support you during the claims process.

Our claims process is simple and easy to follow:

  • You notify us of the claim via phone, fax, email or post

As soon as our office is notified of your claim we will:

  • send the relevant claim form out to you for completion
  • advise you of what documentation is required to support your claim
  • submit the claim form to the insurer on your behalf
  • advise you of appointments with assessors, loss adjusters and / or repairers
  • work with your insurance company to resolve your claim
  • constantly keep you informed on the status of your claim until your claim is finalised
